The trip to Mr. VanWinkle's orchard gave us an opportunity to look at how entomologists use thier skills to help grow organic fruit. We had a wonderful, interesting time.

Plants from the Toyota Grant

Students are working to write down the characteristics of each native plant. We are looking forward to planting them in our new native plant garden!

Douglas Creek Trip 2

Students worked to test pH, Oxygen content, and discharge of the creek. A few snakes, ducklings, and fish were sited. Overall it was a great day at the creek!
